I made use of a broker who - to date - has done a nice job. The first indication of a potential problem was when I called dispatch to get a pickup window. The person I spoke to was quite curt, informing me that I needed to call the driver and promptly hung up. I called the driver who seemed a bit confused and non-committal. Eventually, pickup of my vehicle was schedule for 7/19 between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Shortly before the pickup window, my broker called to inform me that the truck scheduled had been stolen. Allow me to repeat that...The truck that was scheduled to do the pickup had been stolen. Now, I may not be the most experienced person when it comes to the movement of freight, but the idea that a truck was stolen and went unnoticed until nearly 11:00 AM is highly suspect. Needless to say, I am disappointed that I did not see these reviews before scheduling my pickup. But I consider myself fortunate that this outfit did not get their hands on my car.
