I called and requested a quote to pick up my car in Texas and transfer it to Alabama. I gave Don a window of time that I needed it picked up in. He quoted me $475.00 after not hearing from anyone over a week I called back and asked about the status and Shannon told me the price had gone up to over $800. I told her that would not work and requested a refund of my deposit of $175.00. I have not heard anything back from them. I will report this to BBB. I now have to fly to Texas to pick my vehicle up and drive back to Alabama. Poor customer service...I should have looked at the reviews closer. I do not recommend this company.
