Brad was very polite & helpful on the phone. There was a hiccup in the beginning about finding a driver for the right $$ but Brad made phone calls & found a driver for me. I was very happy with the driver, William, from Utopia Trucking LLC. My daughter received the truck the next day. Everyone very happy.
