I have to make this short. Global took my deposit money to pick my SUV up on a certain date after moving from Ohio to California. A date that they agreed upon. 5 days later, they still didn't have a driver to pick up my vehicle, so I had to get another company to do it. In the meantime, I was renting a car for 11 days and paying gas money because of them. OF COURSE, THEY WOULD NOT RE-IMBURSE ME FOR ANY OF THAT. They were also scheduled to piick up my furniture. They picked it up over the course of 2 days and shipped it to a warehouse in Chicago. I'm still in California waiting on my furniture. When it was finally picked up, I found out that it sat in a Chicago warehouse for 11 days before anyone touched it and of course, during that time, some of my stuff was broken and not delivered. I have been in touch with them over the course of 3 months trying to recover 2 of my missing boxes. They said they will send pictures of the boxes to see if they are mine, but they haven't. At this point, I am taking them to small claims court over my boxes. FOR GOD's SAKE, anyone or anybody reading this, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE GLOBAL RELOGISTICS for your moving needs. Even the Better Business have them rated as an F. I filed a complaint with BBB and the BBB tried for a month to get them to respond to my story. Global never did. I am screaming at the top of my lungs for everyone to hear me. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Save yourselves heartache. And this is only halve the story of what I had to deal with regarding them.
