Title sums it up. Not only did they miss the two day pickup window. They couldn't get a carrier to my place (middle of Boston) for an indefinite time period!!! As I write this, it's six days later, still no end in sight. I've left Boston, must rely on friends to help if the car is ever picked up.
I call probably 15 times a day. They answer the phone, on average, about 2 times per day.
The employees don't care. This is a terrible company.
