Global Relogistics No Call/No Showed Me TWICE!!!

We hired Global Relogistics to have our vehicles transported across the country to start new jobs. They made arrangements to have our cars picked up a few days before Christmas. Not only did the driver not show up, he didn't even call to say that he wasn't coming. The following day, the driver no call no showed us AGAIN, after telling us he would pick up our vehicles that day. So, we called Phil, our rep at Global, back to find out what else they could do. They were unwilling to find another carrier or help us in any way. Now, our other issue was that we had rented a car since, ours were supposed to have been picked up. Since they weren't picked up, the rental car was a waste of money. We asked Global to help us with the cost of the rental car, since we held up our end of the bargain. They stopped responding to our calls and e-mails. So, we will be in litigation soon with them. Below is a copy of the final e-mail we sent to them.
If you have an opportunity to use Global Relogistics, DON'T! USE ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU CAN.

Dear Phil,
I am just writing you to confirm that we are canceling our order with you and want a full refund for the deposit that has been paid to your company. The reason we cancelled is because the company you booked for us, Old School Towing, failed to show up on multiple occasions that we scheduled to pick up our vehicles. In addition to not picking up our vehicles, the driver did not even call to say that he would not be coming. There were simply "no call no shows".
We are also requesting that your company send to us the amount of $435.65 to cover the cost of the rental car we got, based on the original arrangement you made to have our car picked up on the 23rd of December, 2008. This is a substantial cost and setback to us, as we held up our end of the bargain and were not responsible for the cars not being picked up. To say this has been an inconvenience would be a gross understatement. We have been waiting for what has now been a full 7 days on our cars to be picked up AFTER the day you were supposed to have them picked up and you have yet to even be able to give us a day that this can happen.
We called multiple times during this process and spoke with you Phil and your supervisor Lee to try and resolve this matter. You failed to call us back. Even on Christmas Eve, Lee told us she would not leave until calling us to let us know the status of booking another driver, yet she left the office early without doing so. One of your co-workers informed us mid-afternoon she had already left. We even e-mailed the company owner, after Lee told us that Alon would respond to our concerns, and have yet to hear back from him.
Please credit the $435.65 to the same credit card used to book the service through your company, as we are not the ones responsible for the wasted cost on a rental.
