I have never seen such unprofessional group of people in my entire life. My car was contracted to Good Fellas towing transportation by another company to pick up my vehicle from the auction and deliver it to the port in New Castle DE. First, I received a call from a crack head call Dana, that wouldn’t give me the name or address of their business. This crack head doesn’t know how to use the computer, because I asked if I could email her a document and she totally freak out at my suggestion.
In essence, Goodfellas Towing brought my car to the port in DE and for some reason the port wouldn’t accept the car, Debra another crack head decided to bring my car all the back to Florida and put it in impound without my consent.
I receive a call four days later and I was told I now owe $1,040 for the service I didn’t ask for. To confirm my suspicion of their scam, they wouldn’t accept wire transfer, check or Visa as method of payment, only Western Union. I am still waiting to see the condition car is in, I have read review about this company and how their driver damaged people’s car and admitted to it.
Please does anybody know where I can report this, if they do damage my car deliberately? I am in Canada and I have dealt with 100 other companies, but nothing like this in the past.
I hope karma gets Debra and the other crack heads at GoodFellas Towing Transportation.
