They not only were late but heavily damaged my brand new SUV! Mike picked up my one month old SUV on time and said he would deliver nine days later. We kept in contact up until the day before he was to deliver it. He didn't deliver until two days later but would not answer the phone either! Making matters worse, he dumped my SUV off without a word and drove off! Needless to say it is our responsibility to check our SUV, my husband overlooked a few things! He had our SUV in an enclosed double deck. He managed to lower the top deck onto our SUV breaking our antenna and scraping our paint. He also did not tie down the other cars and had another cars hauling hatch hit and dent our front end! When we noticed it Mike was already driving away. When I called Gran Turismo the owner, KEN was a work of art. He not only gave me an attitude but decided to curse at my husband over the phone. He wanted us to go to a body shop of his choice and we wanted to go to a dealer. He refused to have us go there because his insurance would go up! What ever happened to customer service? We will never use Gran Turismo again and will relentlessly convince others to ditch them as well!
