It took a few Extra day's to secure the carrier for Pickup in California. This caused a slight issue for me as I was dealing with other family matters at the time and needed to know when it was being picked up and more than that , I needed a definitive date of delivery. Ken was very accomodating to my situation, and assisted me in getting a window of delivery that I could work around. My vehicle was well taken care of by the driver Jesse, he made sure the vehicle was not damaged, he text me with a pickup date and time and was spot on with his information. Jesse also assisted me in securing down my new vehicle onto my trailer for the long haul into Canada, Jesse was very professional , friendly, and courteous, I would not hesitate to use this company again as my experience was positive overall.
