Oh wow these guys did one hell of a job. it took sometime (3 days) to get someone to pickup my car but these guys not only got someone to get it from the parking lot in the middle of night from the hotel where it broke down. They called 1st thing in the am to let me know the car was on the way and i should expect my card to be charged. well it ends up that they discounted the shipment for me by $25 because of the extra day it took to find someone willing to delivery to LI, NY. I would for sure use Great American again. They explain everything and are in communication throughout, i never once was nervous about what was going on with the shipment
