These folks although brokers were very thoughtful of our issues and communicated with us the whole way from start to finish to ensure that we were taken cared of. the best part they let us know upfront that there would be no additional fees which was true and they also didn't charge or authorize our card until the carrier arrived and loaded the car. They wanted to ensure we were satisfied before getting paid. I would use them and i will recommend them to anyone that i know that is shipping
