This was the first time I ever had to use a transport company, so there was a big learning curve here. Other than price, I wanted a reputable company to handle my transport. I did significant research before making my decision. I recommend to anyone undertaking a transport to verify any company on the federal website that grants licensing to these companies. There were several companies that had "OK" reviews, and decent pricing, only to find out they were operating w/o a license or their license expired. If they can't take care of their license or don't want to - what confidence does that instill?

As a business owner & consultant I interact with different industries all the time, and the things that separate one company from another were all possessed by Great USA Inc. I called on a Sunday at 3pm, and my call was answered and questions answered. I was told by Gino, he would follow up with me the next day, and he did. He was polite, responsive, attentive, kept me in the loop with pick-up times, travel & delivery, and everything went like clockwork. You can always tell when someone is a "hustler" (and I mean that in the positive sense) and these guys hustle!

Thank you mr Andy . It was a great pleasure having you as a customer . I'm so glad that you are happy with our service .thank you, thank you,thank you ... Btw by mistake you put 34 day of time of delivery an stead of 3-4. But it's ok as long everything went smoth .
