HBTransit partnered with a carrier (Ride-A-Transport), and did no research. The owner of that company is in jail. They damaged my vehicle and are dodging phone calls. The carrier's insurance cannot do anything because they cannot reach the owner while he's in jail.
It gets worse.
HBTransit believes that providing phone numbers and company information on their partnered carrier is 'the best they can do'. Other companies would work with you to resolve the matter by contacting insurance directly. And they certainly would have vetted their carriers. Work with someone who does better.
Now I have a damaged (new) vehicle and no recourse. Stay far away.
