Beware of transport company (Happy Auto Transport) out of sarasota.
They picked up my porsche cayenne on time. during an ice storm. from Virginia. en route to Boston.
Vehicle arrives in Boston.. Driver say ..I will bring it tomorrow. well there is an ice storm so I get it the next day. Driver arrives with car damaged on the under body. Driver says car was damaged upon pick up... then circles damage on the invoice right in front of me... Now My failure was to accept vehicle at that point. I knew that was an attempt to cover his ass for being responsible for the damage.... But he was very nervous and in a rush.
Now The owner RINATO has not agreed to pay the $450 for under carriage damage that I paid out of pocket to repair.
Also The car was knocked out of alignment and now needs a new front tire. all because of a less then experience driver...
SO beware if you do business with Rintao and his (happy auto transport ) you probably will not end up happy with this carrier.
