I was so so so disappointed with my car shipping. First, I was told that my car would arrive on Monday. It turns out on Thursday. The delay ruined my schedule. Second, I lost a bag. I called the delivery people and emailed them several times. They didnot find my bag back. They even didnot reply to my email. No compensation, no explanation. My bag worths ~ $200. I am so depressed and frustrated. Third, they said I can put < 100 lbs things in the trunk and it will be deliverd. However, they have peeked into my stuff and it looked like, they were looking for something valuable. Yes, they found my brand new boots and stole it. They arenot afraid of ruining their reputation, but just stealing customer's stuff. What is that kind of behavior???? This is my worst experience. They are called "happy" but they make their customers "unhappy" even worse. I will never ever choose Happy Snappy Enterprises Inc again. Never! Never! Never!!!
