The ultimate goal was achieved and I received my vehicle with no damage. The delivery was a week later than expected but I understand that is the nature of shipping.
The Tracking was terrible. every time that I tracked my vehicle on line the only document they displayed was the original estimated delivery date. They even showed this tracking after the expected delivery date was missed.
I tried the online chat (3) different times and waited 45+ minutes each time with no response. Phone calls took approximately 20 minutes on hold each time.
Nobody notified me the truck was late. I had to call and get an update on the day my truck was suppose to arrive.
