Everything about the process is 100%, the only thing I can complain about is “making an appointment” to pick-up or drop-off your vehicle. Sometimes for busy people like me don’t really know when I will be available to be free to do those for an exact time. Addition to having the time of commute. I would only like if setting appointments were not needed. Its not a big deal I’d say, but if i need my car before a certain day and the appointments are “full” then it’s hard to plan pick-up/drop-off for specific times. Other than that, great price, great customer service, picked up my car exactly the way I dropped it off. Perfect company to ship cars to Hawaii from Mainland vice-versa. Thank you!
