Horrible Experience, Did not hold up to agreement they made. John Anthony will not return any phone calls or emails? Very Unprofessional.

John Anthony on Oct 21 quoted $1850 to transport 5 vehicles from Monroeville, PA to Loganville, GA. After paying a $350 deposit, the games began. After several promised pick up dates, driver miscommunication and drivers not understanding on how to start a Mercedes. Nov 11 a driver showed up with 3 vehicles and wanted $1600. Putting my out of pock expense at $1950 with only 3 vehicles being delivered. I had the 2 last vehicles looked over by a technician, started and ready for transport, another $300. John promised a pick up date of Nov 14, then 18, then 25 and so on. His last email was December 17 and did not understand whey the driver he sent still had not picked up the two remaining vehicles. After daily phones calls to voicemail, over 100 emails, it is impossible to contact anyone at this company. This has been by far the worse Company I have ever had to deal with and by far the most unprofessional employees. My recommendations, STAY AWAY!!!
