I chose Hilton to transport my 2001 BMW 525 from Southern California to Colorado because of their reviews and rating, but believe me they exceeded even their own reviews. Nicole, who handled my transaction, was wonderful to work with. She arranged everything in less than two days and it was perfect - not one flaw. She gave me the "Best" customer service I have experienced in years. The transport driver (Steve) was great also. He contacted me in advance, made convenient arrangements for pickup, and followed through with out a flaw. I felt very comfortable when the car left that it was going to be well taken care of. The Car arrived in perfect condition and on the first day of the three day window that was scheduled. I have dealt with three other transport companies over the years to transport other vehicles, and Hiltonproved to be superior in every way. Would I use them again - YES, without a doubt or hesitation!
