Wonderul Experience! They put my mind at ease!

I'm a Houson girl temporarily in Maryland and needed my car as soon as possible. I knew the time frame I was looking at based on some of the research I had done. I was looking at 2-5 weeks, if not longer. Ugh!

I was looking into "another" company (Easy Auto) that seemed good when compared to others. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions and when I read the fine print, there were too many exclusions of coverage. For example, if another car dripped battery acid on my car, I would have to pay to get it fixed. On top of that, if I used my credit card, there was a 3% charge. Then, there could be a fuel surcharge in an amount up to 12% but they would not know until a truck was assigned. What's that about? I know gas prices are going up but that seemed odd. I was quoted a rate of $750.00 but it would probably wind up being $900.00 at the end of the day. Just a lil' too shady for my taste.

That's when I stumbled across this website. I saw the plethora of high ratings for Hilton Auto Transport and what great service Nichole was providing. I called on Thursday (05-25-06) at 2:00 P.M. and spoke to Nichole. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I read the terms and conditions and was very pleased with the coverage my car would have while in their care. $681.00 FLAT. No fuel surcharges. No credit card fees. Door-to-Door service, which is a standard. AND they were cheaper than their competitors!!!!! Those "extra" charges can really add up so be careful!!

Nichole put my mind at ease and I gave her a deposit. THAT's how comfortable I was with this company. Nichole called me at 4:00 P.M. (two hours later) saying they had a truck in the area and if it was a good time to have my car picked up. I jumped on it and told her YES! Freddy (the truck driver) met my husband to load my car and he had my car to me the following Tuesday night. However, I did not want to inspect my car under the evening moonlight so I asked him to come back by in the morning. We agreed to 7:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. Freddy was on time and very friendly. AND my car was perfect! No damage what-so-ever!!!!!

I HIGHLY suggest using these people! I mean honestly, just take a look at all of the other reviews!!

Don't trust verbal statements
Don't let them drop your car off at night. It's hard to see if it is damaged!
Research tips on the internet! Research! Research! Research!
