If you are searching for someone to get your vehicle shipped....there is no need to keep looking, you won't find anyone better! These people are rockstars (particularly Nicole).

I booked transport through CarOnATruck and the vehicle never moved. They gave us excuse after excuse (when we could get in touch) and we truly believe they had no intention of shipping our vehicle..just keeping our deposit.

Fortunately (better late then never), I found this website and started reading reviews. The positive reviews I read about Hilton were simply an understatement.
Nicole explained the process very clearly, took my order on a Thursday , called me many times to keep me in the loop and my vehicle is picked up on Friday...yes, the very next day!

I know it is only a vehicle being transported, but it is great to actually find exceptional customer service and pride in a time when mediocrity is considered good.

Thanks again Nicole. We really appreciate your efforts...you rock!
