Most of these transport companies are brokers for the actual companies that transport your vehicle. So the factors that distinguish excellent from less than good are customer service, good communication and probably most importantly- being selective about the transport companies they give the jobs. I felt Nichole at Hilton Transport was looking out for my best interests. Very honest and good communication. I ended up with Personal Touch as the actual transport company and was very pleased. Great communication from them too. Everyone was ahead of schedule. I would definitely use Hilton again.
