Nicole was great! Information and conditions were clearly stated. She called when a transport had been located and the driver called to confirm and let us know when he would arrive. We had the car detailed and took photos to document any small flaws but the driver was even more meticulous and found 2 small scratches we had missed.
He placed the car up top and right behind the windscreen - for protection but also because it would be the next to last to be delivered, saving repositioning. The car arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up. He kept in touch with us and scheduled delivery for our convenience, calling when DC traffic caused a delay. Excellent driver!
We'd certainly use Hilton Auto Transport in the future!
