After submitting my request with Hilton Auto Transport I was promptly contacted by phone. Shortly thereafter I was told there was a carrier that would like to pick up the vehicle, which was at an auto shop at the time. After the vehicle was picked up the transporter contacted me while in route to establish a drop off time. The vehicle was delivered at that time in the exact condition it was left in. Overall a great experience.
