They will hand over your shipment to a third-party mover without any prior notice. My experience with them was infuriating. Initially, they sent me a link to pay the reservation deposit, which was fine. But on the delivery day, they demanded cash payment directly to the driver. When I asked for a payment link, just like they did before, they flat-out refused. They never mentioned this cash payment requirement until the very last moment. This was completely unplanned and a highly dubious act, utterly condemnable! They even threatened to take my car to storage if I didn’t pay cash immediately. If I had known about this shady practice, I would have never used their services.
