Very convincing in our initial call and follow up e-mail warning me that I would be bidding against myself if I spoke to other brokers. Then no calls, no e-mails. My deadline to pick up the vehicle passed without any further communication. I had to hire a carrier myself and spend about $300 more than Carlos assured me it would cost to move my car. What an absolutely horrible experience.
