DO not use this company they lie to you. I was quoted 600 then it went up to 950 then the driver they had broke down then they quoted me 1500. I had multiple conversations with them and they always blame someone else or have an answer for everything. Everyone there is rude especially Paul. I spoke to him due to an email sent to me that my van had an offer to be picked up. After i told Carlos to refund my deposit i still got quoted 1500.00 by paul. I was done at this time. I asked them to pull my van from their board so i can shop around Paul would not shut up about how no one else would do it for less and they are the best. He had me on the phone for 10 minutes. I hung up on him and after that i got 8 text messages and 11 phones calls in arrow talking crap to. Paul to me good luck getting a better rate. no driver is going to do it. he will do it for 1400. then he changed it to 1300. All they do is play games with people. DO NOT USE THEM. I now have a case against them with the BBB, and i'm considering a lawsuit. The need to fire everyone and the owner carlos needs to sell the company and let a real business person take over. DO NOT USE THEM! Worst experience and worst customer service ever!!!
