Once I found out that the lowball offer I received was an essence worthless, I reached out to Imove. Auto. Carlos took the time and effort to explain the shipping process and how and why things work the way they do. He explained how his fee was separate from the overall cost paid to the actual driver. Made it clear his role as a broker. He was then able to find me the best possible rate at that point in time. This saved me $160.
