Charged credit card without authorization

In November 2006, our credit card was charged the standard fee of $150, the car was picked up and delivered on time, we paid the driver cash as specified. About a month later, our credit card was charged $1000 from ICS. I called and was told someone from accounting would call back. No one called back, and subsequent phone calls over the course of the next few days were not answered. Our credit card company will dispute the charge.....BE CAREFUL!! Pay by cashier's check or some other method.....
