Irina called me - the broker for the order. She told me she could be there first thing Monday morning and I advised the pickup contact. I dispatched it to her for $401 with CASH ONLY being paid on delivery in New Jersey. Irina then called the pickup contact and advised she would need $450 Cash on pickup. Customer did not react but simply reported to me that Irina advised they would be between 1:30pm and 2pm Monday after the customer rearranged their schedule. All of this happened Between Friday evening and Sunday evening. The paying customer at the delivery side called to advise me and all of us called Irina Sunday and never received a call back. Irina never called the customer to cancel. Irina never called me to advise of any changes to the pickup date or time let alone it was going to be canceled. I suspected this and had 2 backups waiting so that my customer was not delayed.
