IK Transportation shipped my vehicle from RI to TX. The driver was unprofessional and kept calling with different delivery times. Upon delivery the vehicle had significant damage to the front bumper. The driver tried to bribe us to not make a claim. After we refused, he changed his story and said that he had not caused the damage. We were unable to reach anybody in the company when needed. Finally we talked to the owner who was rude and also claimed they did not do the damage, though we have photo evidence of before and after. This company is terrible, DO NOT USE THEM!!
