TERRIBLE COMPANY, AWFUL EXPERIENCE

The carrier picked up my car early and so they had extra time to deliver it on-time, instead it was 2 days late and technically 4 because they received it earlier and had more time to transport it (and I was given 3 separate delivery days and times), and I was given no information until I called and texted incessantly and left messages. The manager was rude and unpleasant telling me he had other customers to worry about and that he was spending a lot of money to fix the carrier that had broken down FOUR TIMES before being able to deliver me my car, and that I was really the last concern of his. He didn't want to give me any compensation, but finally after a lot of arguing about how many problems HE had, I received $50...not even enough to cover rental cars for two days of waiting (on top of several days extra time they had). He said he had between 500 and ONE MILLION deliveries a year to worry about... (quite the range) and was very difficult to contact, barely responded or gave me the time of day. I WOULD NEVER do business with this company again, and highly recommend looking for another carrier. I've never been treated so poorly/rudely by a company who was the one inconveniencing me. Very unprofessional, couldn't give me any exact details of the whereabouts of my car or when it would be delivered. I thought it had been sold down in Mexico or something...

I was supposed to receive it "sometime before midnight" one night, then asked for delivery in the morning so I could check in daylight to make sure there were no scratches/dents. An hour after the delivery time passed, I called and was finally told they'd broken down 100 miles away the night before. The manager and drivers knew this and made no point to call me and inform me the delivery wasn't happening at that time and they couldn't even tell me when they'd be on the road. After the drivers said they'd keep me posted, I texted later in the day to find out that they were already on the road... great job keeping me posted... I can't reiterate enough how TERRIBLE this experience was, and if you're moving across the country and have enough to worry about, or you just need some reliability in a transport, then I suggest you look elsewhere...
