I am an active duty Marine who recently received orders from Camp Pendleton CA to Camp Lejuene NC. A few years ago I had to use an auto transport company and swore I would never do it again, however due to the fact that my current vehicle is a lease I really could not afford to put the mileage on driving cross country. After spending a great deal of time shopping around I decided to go with Ideal. Howard was extremely knowledgeable and reassured me I wouldn't deal with the same issues (being lied to on price and car p/u and arrival late) I came across with a different company that I won't name. They even gave me a discount for being in the military. The price wasn't the absolute lowest I wad quoted; however I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I would gladly pay a few extra dollars due to the fact they were so upfront and honest, experience could not have been any smoother.
