What would be our motive in giving the driver the wrong information? You were not honest with us about the size and model of the vans, we sent a driver and he couldn't take them. We would have been happy to find another truck for you, despite the previous event but you had already made other arrangements. Paragraph #10 in our terms and conditions (which you signed and sent back to us) CLEARLY states when a driver is assigned and sent out, you are no longer eligible for a refund. I personally spoke to you on numerous occasions.. saying that you couldn't reach anyone at our company is a complete fabrication. When you hire an accountant to do work for you and then you decide to go with another one, do you call the previous one asking for a refund on work that he has already done for you?
