I purchased a 2006 ML 350 that I had inspected prior to pick up. The dealership that I purchased the vehicle from arranged for delivery. The vehicle was picked up from the dealership on 9/30/09 and delivered to me on 10/1/09. The transport was only from Houston to Dallas. I had to contact Nick (the owner) in order to find out where my car was and when it was going to be delivered since he never contacted me to inform me of his progress. I was told at 11:00 am that he was in route and was about 2 hours from his first destination in south Dallas. He told me that he had 3 cars to deliver prior to delivering my car and that he would be at my house around 3:00 - 4:00 in the afternoon. I continued to call Nick to know if he was sticking to his original time table and when I called after lunch, my time frame had slipped to around 5:00 pm. Nick finally pulled up to my house at 8:00 pm. It was dark and I was unable to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for damage. Nick told me that I had to sign the bill of lading proving that the vehicle was delivered and that if there was any damage, I could contact him the next day. He assured me that there was no damage. The next morning, I inspected the car and sure enough there was a scratch on the rear wheel well that took paint off of the plastic bumper and the metal just above where the bumper is attached to the car. This damage was not identified during my 3rd party inpection, who identified a rock chip on the hood and took a close up picture showing the damage. The dealer agrees that the rear wheel well was not damaged when it left the showroom. Nick originally told the dealership that he would fix the car and for me to send a quote and he would take care of it. After receiving the quote of $800, Nick decided that he would talk to a lawyer and decided not to pay for the damage because he had a signed bill of lading by me proving delivery. Nick is not a man of his word and is not trustworthy. Not only did he not pay for the damage, but in order to save face with the dealership, Nick accused me of making up the whole thing. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using his thief to transport anything of value to continue searching for somebody reputable. His quote and bill of lading has his company name, two christian symbols and his slogan of "trucking you trust". Nick is definitely not someone who you should trust. Just incase he decides to change his transportation company name that is run from his house, his address is 16720 Stuebner Airline #158 in Spring, TX 77379. His cell phone number is 832-444-5257 and his email address is in.express@yahoo.com. Don't get taken and do not trust anything of value to this guy.
