Dennis moved my car from Chicago to Philadelphia in January 2018. He was responsive and professional. It took three attempts for my car to get an actual spot on a transporter, for different and unique reasons relating to the trucks (the first transport truck was involved in a crash on its way to pick up my car- the second truck could not pick up from downtown Chicago). By the time the car got a spot, I had left Chicago and was relying entirely on Dennis to coordinate the pickup. Dennis stuck with the order all the way through these challenges and the car was delivered safely a few days later. I took one star off because the price went up $125 from the initial quote (given in December while I was researching transporters) to actual cost (at end January), which I understand relates to the truck operator's rates. But otherwise, highly recommend and grateful to Dennis for his patience.
