If my single experience is typical, this is a company that lives up to it's claims. Not only was the communication excellent, their service was prompt and efficient. The cost was slightly more than other carriers, but well worth it. The car arrived in a top-notch, enclosed trailer and in addition, was protected with a car cover PLUS plastic sheeting. The driver even called twice while in route in order to keep us updated. I can see why they're ranked #1!
