One hates to get personal but there is simply no other option. Was booked with JDB through Magic Carpet (see my seperate review of them)! Dave (the owner of this one man company) called on the delivery day and informed me he had dropped a chain on my Lincoln Towncar and caused a few dents. Later found out the damage was over $900 to repair. From the minute I met Dave face to face to this very minute everything I heard from him and his kid (the office help) turned out to be a bald face lie. Must have heard they were going to put the check in the main a dozen times. Finally decided to file with their insurance company only to find out they had NO INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!Now even after that you'd think Dave would be a man about it and pay his debt. Don't hold your breath. I'll update this review if I ever get paid!
