December 12, 2009 (Sat)
Truck burned down on Front road (Wallace ID)
NO one called us

December 16, 2009 (weds)
Called to check on the status of car talked to Jesse said the truck burned down. Trucker was with cars on side of road.

December 21, 2009 (Monday)
Called driver said he was only with truck a day or so and was flown home and truck was moved with all cars to secure location

December 22, 2009 (tues)
Talked to Tim he stated truck was in a secure storage facility and was very cold and snowed in and cold not get to truck and was waiting for parts. Stated he spent 80% of his time on this burned truck and was real busy trying to get the parts and truck but did not know what city the truck (he thought it was Wallace)and did not know or if there was a police report filed


December 23, 2009
Called Wallace police department at 208 556 1114 spoke to Jim he stated truck was on front street in front of Conoco superstop gas station and was still there and had been since Saturday the 12th told me to call trooper 544 for the police report at 208 772 6055
Spoke to megan and she would fax the police report to me had to call her back
Called gas station spoke to Cheryl she said the truck was still there burned down and there was no snow the truck was in a big parking lot across the gas station where people park their cars and was not secure the weather was about 20 degress or so.
Called Tim he gave me paul lespers phone # he is the adjuster for the claim I asked if they had a police report and he said no when I told him there was and I was going to ask for one he stated that someone had just handed him the report # 09-3321
Then he stated parts were on their way and that they would have to dig thru the 1 foot of snow around the truck to get to it then I told him I spoke to cherly at the gas station and there was 1 inch of snow and had not been much snow. So he then said well I was just saying the worst case scenario so he then also stated that they would not be filing a claim for their property only for the damage the truck did to the customers vehicles.

Called all auto trust transport spoke to mike said he thought cars were already delivered and that pick up date stated December 15 (not true) and passed on info to manager she never called me back

December 26, 2009 Saturday
Left message with Tim
Called to all auto transport talked to manager told her what was going on she said she was gonna call for claim number she didn’t return my call left messages through out the day.

December 29, 2009
Was asked of I wanted to speak to new operations manager Randy I asked to speak to Jesse. Jesse stated parts were not ordered and Corey the owner was on his way to Wallace ID to pickup cars himself left message with Jesse to give to Corey to call me.

December 30, 2009
Talked to Randy stated Corey planned to be in Wallace Id and was going to deliver cars to utah on his way. Left a message for Corey to call me back

January 1, 2010
Corey finally called stated no messages were given to him by Jesse or Randy to return my call. Corey stated they were stuck in Cambridge ID would have to leave tomorrow morning since they were snowed in and planned to be in Wallace by Friday evening. Hoping to get the truck back and running my Saturday and would deliver by Monday the 4th.

January 2, 2010
Spoke to Corey on status of car stated still working on the truck would be there by Monday morning so we could have military uniforms before Japan flight on Tuesday

January 4, 2010
Ben spoke to Tim who stated Corey had finally got the truck running and was on his way to Spokane and would be spending the night there. Also spoke to Randy that stated Coreys mailbox for messages was full and could not get ahold of his own manager/owner Tried to make arrangements with Tim to FED EX uniforms to Japan

January 5, 2010
Called gas station to see if my car was still across the street and Cheryl stated they had finally moved all cars and truck. Tried to call Corey several time since I last spoke to him his mailbox is full. Left several messages with Tim to return call at personal cell phone. No calls returned from any employee.

January 6. 2010 (day 28 after pick up)
Called Corey still cant leave messages. Called and spoke to Jesse to check status on our car while on phone with Jesse Corey called Jesse and stated he was parked outside a customers house waiting to deliver her car to her and would be in the Burlington area in 2 hours. Finally delivered car and asked my daughter to meet him at a costcos NOT at her door as the contract stated.
