The driver Devin explained many things about his inspection of my van. He was very pleasant and very courteous. He answered all questions I had about the delivery. I wasn't back to Wisconsin when the delivery was to be made but I had made arrangements for my neighbor to accept my van. She was very pleased with his courteous mannner and he unloaded it and drove it into my garage. Very nice person and I was very satisfied.
