READ THIS BEFORE EVER USING JMT TRANSPORT TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE. I paid $850 to move a 2008 F350 from Houston, TX to Chesapeake, VA. I was told that it would be delivered on or before April 7, 2014. Having not heard a word from the driver, I contacted Miranda Queener at JMT on April 7. She told me that the driver had gotten into an accident and all of the vehicles on the trailer were damaged.

Since Miranda was completely uncooperative, or should I say unresponsive, I did some research. I knew the accident occurred in Tennessee, so I googled JMT truck accidents and what did I find?? I found a local news article in Knoxville, TN about the accident with a picture of my truck! The driver was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 3AM and was cited by police for careless driving. Because of his negligence, my truck was damaged and I have yet to receive it. JMT has done absolutely nothing to help. They actually led me to the wrong insurance company, wrong adjuster, and they refuse to refund my shipping charges. What a great business, huh?

If you are looking for a transport company that does not answer or return calls and does not take pride in their work, look no further. You've found your hauler. If you are looking to receive your vehicle in one piece, try any other carrier but JMT.
