Overall, the carrier did a good job. However, there was a misunderstanding.

The main mix-up was, when the order was received and my credit card charged, I was told that there would be a Saturday pick-up. I was told that the driver would call me on Friday evening to make the arrangements for the Saturday pick-up. I received no phone call on Friday evening and waited until mid-Saturday afternoon to receive a call. Then I called Amerifreight. The customer service representative was very helpful. She contacted the carrier and then the driver called me to arrange a Monday pick-up. The driver apologized and said that he never received the paperwork on Friday and wouldn't be able to pick up the car until Monday. Sean from JMT Transport did pick up the car on Monday and delivered it by Friday. Again, he was courteous and very apologetic for the mix-up and The car's condition was fine.

Chantel from Amerifreight investigated whether or not the driver (or the JMT Transport office) had received the paperwork on Friday. She found out that company actually did receive the paperwork and they should have found a way to get it to the driver in time for a Friday night phone call.

My husband and I thought the price for the transfer of the car from Taylors, SC to Boulder, Colorado was very reasonable.
