I originally posted this company was horrible times 10. I would like to retract that statement. I was a little rash with my posting. The company I book the transport company was the one that led me to believe the mistakes that were made was Jackson Transport when it was originally the booking company. Jackson turned out to be a excellent company and if I was able to take my original post down I would. I would use this company again. I worked with the owners not just a desk person they wee very sympathetic to my needs and there follow up with me was great. I work in customer service so I know how important reviews are and I feel horrible that I rated them so low. But I am women enough to say when I have judge someone wrong. I encourage everyone to give this company a chance to see how AWESOME they are.
