Terrible Service

We were assigned J&B driver "Joe" to transport our car from California to Texas. I had to call Joe to find out an estimated date for delivery and was told it would be Monday, July 19. On Wednesday I finally called Joe again to find out where he was with our car. He stated he got water in his fuel and was having his truck worked on. He would call me back and let me know, but he anticipated delivery on Friday, July 21. We didn't hear from Joe until Sunday evening and he said he was in town and would deliver the vehicle "first thing in the morning...7:00 or 7:30 at the latest" We needed delivery by 7:30 so I could leave to go to work. At 7:00 AM the following morning, Joe called and said he'd overslept. When I asked where he was, I told him there was no way, with Dallas traffic, he would make it to me before I had to leave to go to work. At the time of the phone call, Joe was trying to wake someone who was with him in the background.
Once I had missed Joe at my home ( the contracted delivery destination) he tried to contact me so he could leave it with me at work. I was in meetings all day and could not take possession of the vehicle at that time. There was also no one to help me drive a second vehicle to my home. Because of this, Joe told his employer that I "refused" the vehicle.
He told me he would have to leave the car at his hotel because he would have a full truck by the time I got off work and I would have to meet him at the hotel to get the car. After several phone calls and many arguments, Joe REFUSED to bring our car to the contracted destination.
I had no one to follow me to pick up this car, so I hired a taxi. I called Joe as I was leaving in the Taxi, per his request, to tell him I was enroute. He didn't answer so I left a voice mail. I arrived at his hotel one hour later and $70.00 poorer after paying for the cab. Joe was not there. I called him and he accused me of not calling to let him know where I was. I waited almost another hour for him to show up. He showed up with my car ON HIS TRUCK. The reason I was meeting him at the hotel was because he couldn't bring it back to my house, supposedly because he already had a full load.
Joe is unprofessional, uncooperative, and disrespectful. I will NEVER again use J&B nor will I suggest anyone else use them.
We are a military family and I will be complaining to the Army so they know not to keep J&B on their lists for transportation as well.
