If you have to ship a car, use Java Auto Group! James Good made the process so easy for us. He contacted me the first day I put in a quote and helped me understand the process. His communication was excellent...I was nervous having never shipped a car before and he returned three emails calming my fears with patience and respect. The driver Kostya communicated with me frequently as well, giving me a three hour window for pick up, then a thirty minute heads up, then a five minute heads up. Same with delivery which happened a day earlier than expected! If we hadn't been able to pick up early, he had no problem delivering the next day as planned. I cannot say enough good things about Java Auto Group...it's a clear choice for shipping your vehicle!
