Damaged my car and would not take responsibility for the damages. The driver confirmed the damages, saying a bar came loose and dropped down on my bumper, he didn't notice until it was too late and it scratched up the bumper pretty bad. I contacted the company, sent them pictures, they however refused to take responsibility. I would NOT suggest using this company. I ended up having to fork out over $600 out of my own pocket to repair the damages.
