I was initially very nervous about the whole process of shipping my daughter's car from Boston to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

After posting my request, and being bombarded with offers from all kinds of brokers, I made the very fortunate decision to use Jay's Auto Transport.

He walked me through the whole process and told me exactly what to expect. Totally up-front about ALL the possibilities. Very straight and honest about everything.

He even went to bat for me when the carrier said they wanted to pick-up the car at a place that was more convenient for them, but was not convenient for my daughter. After I mentioned this to Jay, 5 minutes later the carrier called and said they would be happy to pick-up just down the street from my daughter's house.

As I said, I was very nervous about this industry and must have called Jay at least 5 or 6 times. Every time he was courteous and professional and available to deal with my questions and concerns.

By the way, many of the other brokers who contacted me had multiple individuals from the same companies competing for my business. When you hire Jay's Auto Transport you get only Jay Morin, the owner of the business, and only Jay. He answers his phone from 9AM to 9PM Eastern, 7 days a week.

In case you haven't already figured it out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAY'S AUTO TRANSPORT. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
