Have used Jay three times in two years. All my autos shipped to the Big Island, Hawaii. One call and be works his wonders. He is very good about keeping in touch by phone be email on the progress of the transport. Always know what's going on. The drivers and trucks we prompt and contacted me on the road letting me know when they would pick up the auto. Nice and clean trucks. I felt like my auto was in good hands. If I had a question about anything, Jay was always prompt in helping. He just a phone call away. In the world of transporters from my experience Jay is one of the BEST! Reasonable, knowledgable , prompt, and just a good guy! Give him a try I think you be glad you did.
