Jay explained everything to me in detail as to how things would take place. He needed 4 days to be flexible as to when the vehicle would be picked up, I told him from 08/16 - 08/19. The vehicle was picked up on 08/20. They pulled up in front of the house & loaded the vehicle onto the transport vehicle. I gave them detailed information on where to drop it off & explained that my daughter lived on a dead end street so they would have to drop it off at a school nearby. When the driver dropped it off he even drove the vehicle to my daughters house & had her bring him back to his transport vehicle. This was very thoughtful of him. I would recommend Jay's Transport & I will gladly use his services next time I need my vehicle transported. I had other vehicle transport companies contact me & gave me an estimate almost twice the cost of what Jay charged. I gave him a $100.00 deposit up front & the remainder was paid in cash upon delivery.
