This was the first time I ever had a vehicle transported. I was unsure of the process. I called Jay's transport because he was the only one that did not keep calling and e-mailing me to use his service. I just received his initial e-mail explaining his service. when I talked to him he explained the whole process very clearly and answered all my questions. After I signed the contract my vehicle was picked on the second day of the transport window. The driver that picked up my vehicle was very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was at my daughter's dorm the next day. Excellent service would use Jays again and will recommend him to family and friends.
